Delete your Docseek account

You can delete your Docseek account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

  1. Open the Docseek app
  2. Go to Profile → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Option 2 — Request deletion here

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit the form below and our team will process your request. You do not need an account to use this form.

Use the address associated with your Docseek account so we can locate it.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove the information that identifies you, including:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, NRIC and address
  • Your login credentials and the account itself
  • Your chats, messages, notes, uploaded documents and health reports
  • Your appointment history and insurance details
  • Device identifiers and push notification tokens

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests submitted through the form above are processed within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once your account has been deleted.
